First of all, we hope that you and your family are well during these difficult times.
The health and safety of our customers, community and employees is of top priority for us.
We will be keeping up to date with the guidelines and recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). Currently, we have initiated the following COVID 19 policies (in addition to sanitary procedures and precautions for our employees):
- Deliveries: We will send packing slips by email, instead of paper copies with our drivers. When we arrive at your home, we will be dropping plants off at the front door, maintaining safe distances with no physical contact. Once unloaded, we will take a picture of the delivery and email that to you within 24 hours of drop off. As usual, you will receive a phone call or email on the day of or the day before your delivery.
- Pickups: Your plants will be ready at our pickup location, and arranged by order number with your name. You are free to take the correct order when you have located it. If you will require assistance loading your order, please notify us of this beforehand (you can leave a note at checkout, or email or call us), and we can load your vehicle while you remain inside, to ensure a contactless pickup.
- Returns: Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept returns or exchanges during this pandemic. However, we will always hold to our quality guarantee. If you are able, within two days of your pick-up/delivery, to show us that you received a damaged or unacceptable plant, we will refund you.
