Iris cristata | Dwarf Crested Iris
This low-growing native iris is a rapid spreading plant that usually grows to less than 6-inches tall and forms dense colonies. It has pale blue, lilac or lavender iris flowers with gold crests on the falls. Narrow, sword-shaped, medium green leaves rise from rhizomes. A well-developed colony will produce a spectacular floral show in spring.
