Vaccinium angustifolium | Lowbush Blueberry
Lowbush Blueberries are native to Northeastern North America. They are the smallest yet most highly sought-after of blueberries. Very cold tolerant, they thrive very acidic, nutrient poor soils. Flowering in spring, they produce a large crop of sky-blue fruit in early to midsummer. Requires moist, well-drained, acidic soils.
