This Ontario native coneflower has pale purple coloured flowers that have very slender, drooping petals and a clumping habit similar to the more common Purple Coneflower (E. purpurea.) It blooms from April until late June and when planted with Echinacea purpurea, provides many weeks of garden interest. Excellent pollinator plant!
