Capparis spinosa var. inermis | Caper Bush

This frost-tender, broadleaf evergreen shrub produces large, attractive pinkish-white flowers, which are picked before they open, and pickled as a culinary herb. Usually armed with spines, this selection has a sprawling habit but can be trained into a 3-foot tall bush. An unusual conversation piece for a sunny patio! Not winter hardy in Canada.
