Blooming in mid to late summer, this handsome Japanese Iris produces large, six-inch, bright white flowers that are attractively accented with small areas of purple and yellow. The flowers emerge through stands of narrow sword-shaped leaves. This type of Iris requires continually moist soils, and thrives in damp borders, pond or stream edges.
