Sorghastrum nutans | Indian Grass

This warm season grass is moderately tall, fast growing, drought tolerant once established, cold hardy and very adaptable. It makes an ideal specimen plant for mixed native plantings or it can be used in groups. Attractive rust coloured seed heads appear in July and last until frost.
